- Purchase a $1,200 equity share in the Club - also known as your Bond.
- This is a one-time purchase that provides you with an ownership share in the Windwood Swim & Tennis Club.
- When you sell your Bond, you can expect to sell it for $1,200.
- Pay annual dues for the duration of your membership.
- 2024 dues, including tax, are $515.
- Members who fail to pay their annual dues in full by October 31 (following the current season) will surrender their membership and forfeit their $1,200 Bond.
